For one of our clients in the Automotive industry, we are looking for a System Engineer. Are you looking for a new challenge in the vibrant city Eindhoven? 


In this role you will be responsible for the design supporting and analysis for their mechatronic vehicle systems. 

 So, what will you be doing throughout a day? 

You will be


  • Defining of the system requirements and specs in collaboration with the Design and Control team and several external System suppliers;
  • Supporting the System Architect in the definition of the architecture;
  • Participating in the System analysis such as FTA / FMEA;
  • Driving, requesting or realizing tech studies to make sure our client is on top of their game in regard to the continuous improvement of their product knowledge;
  • Refining product specs and control strategies;
  • In charge of following up the system validation (as well as on vehicle as on the bench), you’ll do this in cooperation with the Test teams;
  • Documenting your findings and give the proper follow up;
  • Designing review activities;
  • Preparing and presenting your System documentation and studies to their customers. 

Job requirements


You have

  • Detailed knowledge of mechatronic systems, FMEA and FTA;
  • At least 2 years of working experience within the Automotive industry; 
  • Experience with tools like: DOORS, Matlab / Simulink, IBM Rhapsody;
  • Worked with ISO 26262 / Spice standard. 
  • ISO 26262 / Spice standard, requirements management and configuration management knowledge;
  • Fluent English level.
